(Cincinnati, OH) Neyer Properties, Inc. has reached 100% occupancy in their 40,000 SF Medical Office Building at Red Bank Crossing. The two new tenants who are taking occupancy on September 1, 2007 include Dr. Lisa Larkin and Women”s Health Enterprises. A lease agreement was also recently signed with Christ Hospital for 4,885 SF and University Dermatology Consultants for 4,712 SF to complete the building. These tenants are expected to move in on October 1, 2007. The complementary medical tenants bring convenience to the surrounding community of over 100,000 residents.
Due to the tremendous success of Red Bank Crossing I, Neyer Properties is moving forward with the construction of a 30,000 SF office building adjacent to the existing building.
