With over 8 years of experience, Brad has been involved in over 47 real estate transactions totaling over $100MM. In his position, Brad is responsible for sourcing new acquisition opportunities consistent with Neyer’s criteria, managing the due diligence process during the acquisition phase, participating in contract negotiation and closing coordination as well as providing accurate and reliable analysis of investment properties. Additionally, Brad handles all transactions relative to single tenant net lease developments.

Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from the Northern Kentucky University.
