Todd leads the finance function at Neyer Properties. As Director of Finance, he oversees capital management, debt sourcing, investment underwriting, investor relations, corporate budgeting, and plays a key role in business strategy.

Todd has over 15 years of experience across real estate finance and investment management. He is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Cincinnati. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a minor in real estate from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in finance from Xavier University.
