Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the development and construction of hospitality, mixed-use, Class A office, medical office, retail, residential, and industrial construction projects. Tom rejoins Neyer Properties after serving as Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, and VP of Construction back in the early 2000s. Tom’s current position as Director of Construction has him leading all of the Design and Construction activities from new builds, capital expenditures, and tenant improvements. Tom works closely with the Development, Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Leasing departments to complete projects.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and an associate degree in civil engineering technology, both from the University of Cincinnati.
