Dan has been involved with the commercial real estate and construction industry for over thirty-five years, continuing the family heritage that began over 100 years ago in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In 1995, Dan formed Neyer Properties, Inc. to pursue his vision of creating value in office, retail, industrial, medical and, most recently, hospitality and multi-family products. Neyer Properties is a fully integrated real estate company specializing in development, construction, financing and management of sustainable land and building developments, with properties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
Dan is highly respected and knowledgeable in all phases of commercial real estate development having been directly involved in the development of over 3,000 acres of property and over 500 building and development projects, totaling well over $1.5 billion in value.
Don Feathers, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Don has over 20 years experience in finance and real estate development consulting. As Chief Financial Officer, Don is responsible for leading all financial efforts for the organization as well as leading all equity and capital requirements, allowing for continued growth in acquisitions and development. Additionally, he is responsible for leading the financial, accounting and administrative functions, as well as participating in strategic business planning and implementation for all departments.
Don hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Chris Dobrozsi, CCIM
Vice President, Real Estate Development
Chris has more than 26 years of experience in the development and construction of mixed-use, Class A office, medical office, retail, residential and industrial real estate.
Utilizing his past roles in architecture, construction, estimating, land development, vertical development and leasing, Chris has lead the development of several high quality projects in the region including The Baldwin redevelopment, Linden Pointe on the Lateral and dunnhumby at 444 West Third and has been an active development partner in several others including Keystone, USquare @ The Loop and Cornerstone at Norwood.
Chris leads the vision setting and development/redevelopment for Neyer Properties, Inc. land and building portfolio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and an Associate degree in Civil Construction Engineering, both from the University of Cincinnati.
Vice President, Asset Management
Kelli has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience combining a broad range of skills, including acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio management and leasing. She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of Neyer’s over $200 million portfolio. Kelli accomplishes this through the business‘s strategy of positioning and operating its corporate assets. She works closely with property managers, lenders, and other third-party groups to track and maximize Neyer’s short and long-term profit through review of leasing contracts, business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Prior to joining Neyer Properties, Kelli was the Operations Director with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., where she was responsible for leading her property management team across multiple markets while overseeing the technical, operational and financial management of the assets. Kelli earned a degree in business management from the University of Cincinnati and holds her Real Estate Salesperson license with the State of Ohio.
