Don Feathers, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Don has over 20 years experience in finance and real estate development consulting. As Chief Financial Officer, Don is responsible for leading all financial efforts for the organization as well as leading all equity and capital requirements, allowing for continued growth in acquisitions and development. Additionally, he is responsible for leading the financial, accounting and administrative functions, as well as participating in strategic business planning and implementation for all departments.
Don holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Lee has over 16 years of experience in accounting, 13 of which are within the real estate industry. In his role at Neyer Properties, Lee oversees all functions of the accounting department. His responsibilites include preparing accurate and timely financial statements, budget projections, and coordinating year-end financial statements and tax returns with the company’s CPA firm.
Lee holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with an Accounting specialization from Washburn University.
Director of Finance
In his role at Neyer Properties, Jeff is responsible for implementing Neyer’s overall debt strategy for assets within the portfolio, acquisitions, developments and refinancing. Jeff coordinates due diligence for all loan closings and assists the Acquisitions team with financial modeling and assumptions on targeted assets. He is also accountable for enhancing and expanding Neyer’s banking relationships and resources.
Jeff holds a Master’s in Management/Finance from Heidelberg University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Evansville.
Senior Property Accountant
Tammy has over 15 years of accounting experience, eight of which are within the real estate industry. In her role at Neyer Properties, Tammy performs monthly closings, tracks fixed assets, and monitors cash flows. She is also responsible for preparing financial statements for investors and completing work papers for annual audits. Tammy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana University.
Chris has over two years of accounting experience. In his role at Neyer Properties he is responsible for coding and recording of invoices, billing of rent and CAM charges, and reconciliation of bank accounts. In addition to his daily accounting responsibilities, Chris participates in monthly closings and preparation of financial statements. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
In his role at Neyer Properties, Nirav is responsible for proper coding and recording of invoices, recording of deposits, monthly billing of rents and CAM charges, and reconciliation of bank accounts. Additionally, Nirav performs monthly close for a portion of Neyer’s portfolio. He holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and Accounting.
Stacey Hall, CAPA
Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
Stacey has over 17 years of Accounts Payable experience gained from positions such as, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable Supervisor, and Accounts Payable Associate. Stacey is responsible for NPI’s full cycle Accounts Payable Process. Prior to joining Neyer Properties, Stacey worked for Southern Air, Macys, & Columbia Sussex (Tropicana Entertainment).
Asheley helps the Accounting department with AP functions including filing, mailing of vendor payments and data entry. She also supports the accounting staff with various administrative functions, picks up special projects as needed and assists with various investor mailings for all of Neyer’s Investment Funds. Asheley holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management.
