Chris Dobrozsi, CCIM
Vice President, Real Estate Development
Chris has more than 26 years of experience in the development and construction of mixed-use, Class A office, medical office, retail, residential and industrial real estate.
Utilizing his past roles in architecture, construction, estimating, land development, vertical development and leasing, Chris has lead the development of several high quality projects in the region including The Baldwin redevelopment, Linden Pointe on the Lateral and dunnhumby at 444 West Third and has been an active development partner in several others including Keystone, USquare @ The Loop and Cornerstone at Norwood.
Chris leads the vision setting and development/redevelopment for Neyer Properties, Inc. land and building portfolio. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering and an Associate degree in Civil Construction Engineering, both from the University of Cincinnati.
Jeff Chamot, LEED AP
Director of Development
Jeff has been with Neyer Properties for more than 13 years and is involved in all aspects of real estate development. He manages all of Neyer Properties’ developments including land acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Jeff leads new development projects from initial due diligence through building completion including design, planning and zoning, permitting and entitlements.
With Neyer Properties, Jeff has been involved with the development of office, medical office, retail, industrial, senior housing, multi-family and numerous projects that are LEED Gold, LEED Silver, and LEED certified. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati.
Land Development Project Manager
Chris has over 11 years of experience in construction and real estate development. With a background and focus in project management, he has been involved with a wide range of project types including retail, medical, corporate office buildings, and hospitals.
In his role at Neyer, Chris is responsible for managing all details and activities associated with development from conception to construction. In addition to creating ongoing pre-construction budgets and schedules for active development and redevelopment projects, Chris is heavily involved in community planning, site acquisition, and contract due diligence. He regularly attends community programs to stay on top of new real estate opportunities and emerging trends for future development. Chris is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and an Associate’s in Civil Engineering Technology.
With over eight years of experience, Jessica has managed over $100 Million in both investment and development real estate projects. In her position, Jessica is responsible for sourcing new acquisition and disposition opportunities consistent with Neyer’s criteria, managing the due diligence process during the acquisition and disposition phases, participating in contract negotiation and closing coordination as well as providing accurate and reliable analysis of investment properties. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Studies: Business and Communications from Miami University.
