Eric has over 16 years of experience in design/build as a project manager. In his role at Neyer Properties, Eric leads the capital improvement process.

Working with Asset Management, Leasing, Finance, and Ownership, he identifies capital improvements, works to define the scope of work, and manages the design and construction process. Eric also leads the capital projects through the due diligence phase with the Acquisitions team. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The Ohio State University.

Joe Mahorney

With more than 24 years in the construction industry, Joe has extensive experience in managing day-to-day construction operations, with a proven history of on-time, on-budget and high quality project completions. At Neyer Properties, Joe is responsible for managing Tenant Improvement projects and performing the overall pre-construction and project management functions from inception to completion. He works closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve customer satisfaction and meet desired deadlines.

Joe is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science Construction Management.
