Vice President, Asset Management
Kelli has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience combining a broad range of skills, including acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio management and leasing. She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of Neyer’s over $200 million portfolio. Kelli accomplishes this through the business‘s strategy of positioning and operating its corporate assets. She works closely with property managers, lenders, and other third-party groups to track and maximize Neyer’s short and long-term profit through review of leasing contracts, business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Prior to joining Neyer Properties, Kelli was the Operations Director with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., where she was responsible for leading her property management team across multiple markets while overseeing the technical, operational and financial management of the assets. Kelli earned a degree in business management from the University of Cincinnati and holds her Real Estate Salesperson license with the State of Ohio.
Director of Leasing
Bert has more than 11 years experience in leasing, brokerage, and development in the commercial real estate industry. In his role at Neyer Properties, he is responsible for the formulation and implementation of strategic leasing and marketing plans for a portfolio of assets, marketing of the assets, tenant retention and relationships, negotiation of leases and renewals, and working directly with the brokerage community. Bert has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Sales, Minor in German, and Associates Degree in Sociology from Xavier University.
Senior Leasing Manager
Tommy has more than 10 years of experience in leasing, brokerage, and development in the real estate industry. In his role at Neyer Properties, Tommy is collaboratively manages and oversees the marketing and leasing strategies for our fully developed commercial real estate properties. This includes formulating and implementing strategic leasing and marketing plans for multiple assigned assets, negotiation of leases and proposals and working directly with the brokerage community. He also conducts market analysis and survey competitive properties for assigned assets and works to streamline the leasing process to meet the needs of Neyer Properties customers. Tommy has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio.
Leasing & Asset Manager
Lisa has more than 12 years of experience real estate industry including lease administration, portfolio/database management, and lease accounting. In her role at Neyer Properties, Lisa is responsible for generating lease analysis forms, pulling D&B reports and other tenant credit information, and generating financial review forms as part of the lease approval process.
In addition, Lisa is assists the Leasing Department with the development, review, distribution, and tracking of all lease documentation through management of the lease database in MRI. She also aids the Leasing Department in support of its departmental goals and initiatives.
Tracy joined Neyer Properties in 2007 as a Construction Coordinator, advancing to Project Manager in 2012. She assumed the position of Asset Manager in 2018. She has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, that includes project management, tenant improvement construction, vendor/tenant relations and property management.
Tracy is a key member of Neyer’s Asset Management Team overseeing the company’s portfolio consisting of office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Tracy is a graduate of Indiana University.
Kim has over 20 years of expertise in the commercial property management industry including over eight years managing an industrial portfolio of over 4 million square feet. Her experience includes office, medical, retail, and industrial assets. In her role at Neyer Properties she oversees the operations and financial performance for a portion of Neyer’s of real estate portfolio. She also leads third party property management teams in negotiating contracts, establishing property goals and objectives which shall include budgeting, monitoring of expenses and collection of receivables.
Asset Management Associate
Joe assists the Asset Management department in the administration and management of Neyer’s portfolio. His duties include maintenance of all existing leases and processing new leases, assisting with physical property inspections, updating floor plans with new leases, lease expirations, expansions or reductions, and management direction to third party managers. Joe is a 2013 graduate of Xavier University and holds a Bachelor‘s Degree in Accounting.
