Eden McDermott of Covington has been promoted to marketing manager. McDermott joined Neyer Properties as a marketing associate in 2008.

She is responsible for managing, implementing and evaluating Neyer’s corporate marketing goals. She will develop corporate and property marketing budgets, direct and coordinate all marketing events, manage all public relations, and create and manage Neyer’s social media network.

She has seven years experience in commercial real estate development, and was previously employed by NUTI Builders, Inc. of Lexington, Kentucky.

McDermott is a University of Kentucky graduate, volunteers with the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Working in Neighborhoods (WIN), and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Jeff Chamot of Milford has been promoted to senior development project manager.
Chamot joined Neyer Properties in 2007 as a development associate after graduating from the University Of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance and entrepreneurship. In 2008, he was promoted to development project manager and received LEEDAP® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) accreditation through the U.S. Green Building Council that same year.

Chamot will be responsible for overseeing all land and redevelopment efforts on current and future projects from the initial phase through permitting, including design, planning, zoning, and other entitlements. He will also prepare and supervise all project management schedules and budgets as well as manage the results of the development team and overall department goals.

Jared Wendling of Clifton in Cincinnati has joined Neyer Properties, Inc. as a development associate. He will focus on building and land acquisition due diligence, including design, planning, zoning and other entitlements preparing projects for construction and leasing.

Wendling has worked for Neyer Properties in various capacities, including finance and development, as a cooperative student since 2007. As a co-op, Wendling organized and led the company on a number of community efforts, including several WIN home renovation projects.

Wendling is a 2009 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s real estate program. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on finance and real estate.
